Wyndham Santiago Pettra

The staff were extremely nice especially Gabriel who went above and beyond the call of duty. He really tried to help us with LATAM airlines who lost all our luggage for 3 days. This is a really good hotel if you want to go skiing as it’s the closest to the resort in Santiago. The shopping centre opposite is good but the best restaurants are a good 20 mins drive. You do need a car to stay in this hotel. The breakfast is sufficient and beds are really comfortable.

Breakfest is amazing, the staff were very helpfull and attencious. The room was vey clean, everything works very well. The pictures of the roons and the hotel were very realistic. The lounge area was perfect for our familly.

The indoor pool is amazing. All of the staff has a superb sense of service, everyone was truly attentive! Hope I can return someday.

The property was clean, nice, modern and convenient to the entry to the drive to La Parva and Valle Nevado. The restaurant staff and manager (Manuel) were particularly kind and attentive.

This hotel has a wonderful Restaurant and Awesome Chef. The staff is very kindly and friendly.
